Frequently asked questions
Will the print come off in the wash?
No on ceramic. The ink is sublimated into the glaze at 180 degrees rather than stuck on top, so normal washing does not affect it. Magic colour changing mugs should be hand washed because the coating is more delicate.
Which photo works best?
A landscape photograph. The print area wraps the cylinder so it is wider than it is tall, and a vertical photo has to be shrunk to fit. Keep faces away from the handle, because about 20mm each side of it curves out of view.
