What we tell customers that they do not expect
- Send photos at the size you shot them. A photo pulled off WhatsApp has been compressed to about a tenth of its size, printed at 6 feet it turns into squares. Send it as a "document" in WhatsApp, or bring the phone and we will copy the original.
- Coastal wind eats cheap flex. Anything going up outdoors above roof height near the canal should be 440gsm with wind slits cut in, not 340gsm. It costs about ₹6 more per square foot and lasts three times as long.
- Sizes are in feet, not inches, and width comes first. A "6 by 4" from a customer has meant both 6ft×4ft and 6in×4in in the same week. We now confirm in writing every time.
- Election and political banners must carry the printer's and publisher's name by law. We print that line ourselves, see our election printing compliance page before you order.

For anything up to 10 feet, a photo of at least 1500×2000 pixels is fine at normal viewing distance. Send it through WhatsApp as a document rather than as a photo, otherwise WhatsApp compresses it and the print goes blocky.
Do you design the banner or do I have to bring a design?
We design it. Send the text, logo and photos on WhatsApp and you get a proof back in about an hour. Design starts at ₹200 and is free on orders above 100 square feet.
Do you deliver flex banners outside Palakollu?

How much is a 6 by 4 foot banner?
Twenty four square feet, so 288 rupees on 340gsm star flex and 432 on heavy 440gsm. Eyelets, hemming and rope are included. It is the most common size we print for home functions and birthday backdrops.
Do you print hoardings and large outdoor banners?
Yes. Anything above roof height or on an open site should be 440gsm with wind slits cut across the lower third, at 18 rupees per square foot. We deliver and install large hoardings ourselves within about forty kilometres of Palakollu.
