What we would tell a team captain ordering jerseys
- Sublimation only works on polyester, not cotton. If you want names and numbers that cannot peel, the jersey has to be polyester dry fit. On cotton, vinyl is the honest best option and anybody promising otherwise is not printing it properly.
- Order one size larger than street sizing on cotton. Cotton shrinks about half a size on the first hot wash. The biowash fabric we stock moves less, but it still moves, and a tight team shirt does not get worn twice.
- Collect the size list in writing from each person. Mostly L has cost more team orders than any printing fault we have ever had, and the reprint is at full price because the shirts are already printed.
- A photo print on a dark cotton shirt needs a white underbase, which makes it slightly thicker and stiffer to the touch. That is unavoidable physics rather than a shortcut, and we would rather say so before you order.

Yes. Sublimated dry-fit jerseys with individual names and numbers are ₹749 each plus ₹60 for the name and number, cheaper in team quantities.
Can you print on shirts I supply myself?
Yes, printing on customer-supplied garments is ₹150 to ₹300 depending on the size of the print. We will not take responsibility for the fabric if it scorches, so bring one spare.
What is the difference between vinyl and DTF printing?
Vinyl is cut from a coloured sheet and pressed on, which suits names, numbers and simple logos and lasts extremely well. DTF is a printed transfer that handles full colour photographs and detail. Vinyl for a team sheet, DTF for anything with a picture on it.
Can you print a single colour logo cheaply for a large team?
Yes. At fifty pieces and above with one colour, screen printing is the cheapest method per shirt and gives the most durable result. Below fifty the screen setup is not worth it and vinyl is better value.
How should printed t-shirts be washed?
Inside out, cold water, and never iron directly on the print. With that care a vinyl or DTF print on cotton lasts years. A sublimated polyester jersey cannot fade or peel at all because the ink is inside the fibre rather than on it.
Can you do names and numbers on a set of jerseys?
Yes, 60 rupees per shirt on top of the jersey price. Send the list as a spreadsheet with name, number and size in columns. A list arriving as messages is where errors enter a job with twenty different shirts.
