Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery is free across India on all orders. Personalised products dispatch in 5 to 7 days, stationery in 3 to 4 days, and albums and large acrylics in 7 to 10 days. Collection from our Palakollu shop is available on most items, often the same day.
Dispatch times
Photo frames, mugs, keychains, stands and other personalised gifts: 5 to 7 working days. Bill books, letterheads, prescription pads and envelopes: 3 to 4 working days. Photo albums, snapbooks and extra-large acrylics: 7 to 10 working days. T-shirts and embroidered uniforms: 7 to 10 working days. The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order, if we are waiting on your approval, that time is not counted.
Delivery charges
Free across India on every order, with no minimum value. There is no separate handling or packing charge.
Local collection
You can collect from the shop at Peddagopuram Main Road, Palakollu, during shop hours. Choose "Collect from the shop" at checkout. We will message you when the work is ready, please do not travel before that message.
Nearby towns
For Narsapur, Bhimavaram, Achanta, Poduru, Veeravasaram, Yelamanchili, Mogalthur, Penugonda, Attili, Tanuku and Palakoderu we usually send by bus parcel the same evening the work is finished, which is faster than courier. Large flex jobs within about 40km are delivered by our own vehicle.
Tracking
You get an order number in the format PSP-2026-0001. Use it with your phone number on the Track Order page. Once dispatched, the courier name and tracking ID appear there too.
Delays
Courier delays happen, particularly during festival season and in the monsoon. If your parcel is more than three days past the estimate, WhatsApp us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than asking you to. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit we reprint and resend at our cost.
Address accuracy
Please check the pincode and a reachable phone number before placing the order. The most common cause of a failed delivery is a phone number that nobody answers when the courier calls.
